Easynet is exclusive to Evans Easyspace customers and enables them to communicate and trade efficiently throughout the Easyspace customer community.
Evans Easynet approached Richlyn Systems, Sheffield Website Design, to take over and expand their existing website to promote and provide services to their clients. Richlyn's developments included dynamic content to provide an in depth Evans Easynet client portfolio and details of all their business centres.
The website allows each client to have access to their business centre portal and communicate with other clients at their business centre. Clients are listed in the Easynet directory and can create their own profile, advertise their services and search for business from other companies. Clients can also post events and news which are accessible by all of Easynet users.

Evans Easynet can easily update and manage their website content at any time by using the content management system (CMS) incorporated in the website. News, events and business centres can be added, edited or deleted on the website using the CMS. Permissions can also be managed in the CMS, allowing head office, business centre managers and clients to have different access to facilities on the site.
The Easynet directory is available for all current users and all new clients are automatically listed. Users can search the directory for a business service, facility for a customer or for products from a Easyspace client. The search can be set for a location or a business centre.
Each client has their own personal page entitled 'My Easynet' which they can upload information to. Private messages can be left for staff and company news only visible to colleagues can be posted on their page. Clients can download useful files and information such as booking forms and notices. Meeting rooms and other important business services can also be arranged online. A vacancies board is also available for clients to search for additional staff.
Easynet provides the opportunity for businesses to promote themselves and their services online. Messages can be posted to head office, discussions can be created for a business centre, press releases can be shared and events can be promoted locally and nationally.
Richlyns' Sheffield web design team incorporated an online invoice facility which allows client to manage their payments and invoices online. The facility allows statements to be viewed and printed.
FAQ's are included on the website to help users with any problems that they may experience. Users are also able to contact Evans Easynet via a contact form with any problems or queries.
Richlyn Systems also provides website maintenance for Evans Easynet. Richlyn will be responsible for keeping the website up to date and providing any enhancements requested by Evans Easynet.
