Evans Property Group

The Evans Property Group is a long established private property investor and developer, with a property portfolio consisting of robust Grade A investment properties with secure long leases together with a substantial development land bank.

Evans Property Group approached Richlyn Systems to design and develop a professional business website to promote their developments and provide information about their business. Richlyn created a website which contained dynamic content to provide an in depth portfolio and details of their current and completed developments. Information about Evans Property Group, staff, business partnerships, latest news and a property search facility was also included on the website.

Evans property group required a large amount of information to be included on the website such as about us, history, staff, corporate responsibilities, and Evans Easyspace (another company owned by Evans). Property developments and portfolio items all needed to be included too.

To ensure that the information did not overload the pages and looked visual appealing, Richlyn created a design and layout that included the use of sub menus on pages. The sub menus themselves were then broken down further when needed, such as on the portfolio section, which initially lists the portfolio types. These are then broken down into locations and the portfolio items listed within each location.

Evans Property Group can easily update and manage their website content at any time by using the user friendly forms in the content management system (CMS) incorporated in the website. News, corporate responsibility, properties, partnerships and team member items can be added, edited or deleted on the website using the CMS.

Richlyn worked with Evans Property Group to design and produce a contemporary and professional website with user friendly navigation.

A property search facility is also available to allow users to quickly search for properties meeting their criteria. Search criteria can include any of the following, location, property type or property size.
