This program by default creates a backup within a dated folder and will do delta 
backups to it thereafter on the same day.

The destination folder can be edited in the Backup Folder input field.

To perform the backup, click on the folder icon.

To access the options panel, click on the icon with the blue symbol.

** Options Panel **
The dated folder can be removed by ticking the relevant checkbox in the options.

The directories listed will be backed up, these can be added or removed by right
clicking on the list.

Only the files with the filetypes listed will be backed up, these can be added 
or removed by right clicking on the list.

The 'Backup all filetypes' option will ensure that every file is included in the 
backup.

The 'Quick file count' option will speed up the program intialisation process
by using statistics from the last backup to save time.

Scheduled backups can be performed using windows scheduled tasks.
