This program by default creates dated backups for FTP profiles. 

To perform the backup, click on the folder icon.

To access the options panel, click on the icon with the blue symbol.

** Options Panel **
The FTP profiles listed will be backed up, these can be added or removed by 
right clicking on the list. A new FTP profile can be added using the add profile 
button.

The destination folder can be edited in the input field in the bottom left of 
the panel.

To exclude any files from backup, use the exclude button.

** Notes **
Scheduled backups can be performed using windows scheduled tasks.
